Article 4.—INSTANT GAMES AND DRAWINGS
111-4-3684. “Super Red Hot Crossword” instant ticket lottery game number 304. (a) The Kansas lottery may conduct an instant winner lottery game entitled “Super Red Hot Crossword.” The rules for this game are contained in K.A.R. 111-3-1 et seq. and 111-4-3684.
(b) The “play and prize symbols” and “captions” for this game are as follows:

(c) The ticket numbers in each book of tickets in this game shall start with 000 and end with 059.
(d) The price of instant tickets sold by a retailer for this game shall be $5.00 each.
(e) “Super Red Hot Crossword” will feature four separate play areas: “YOUR LETTERS,” two “CROSSWORD” puzzles, and a “BONUS” area. The top puzzle grid will be imaged in black. The bottom puzzle grid will be imaged in red.
In the “CROSSWORD” games, the player will scratch the “YOUR LETTERS” play area to reveal 20 “YOUR LETTERS.” Each of the “YOUR LETTERS” may be used in both crossword puzzles. A player matches the corresponding letters in both crossword puzzles by removing the translucent scratch-off material covering the matching letter. If a player scratches a total of four or more completed words across both puzzles, the player wins the corresponding prize in the prize legend. The entire word must be uncovered to win the corresponding prize. Only the highest corresponding prize can be won.
In the “BONUS” play area, if a player reveals two matching prize symbols, the player wins that amount instantly. A player can win once in this game play area.

(f) To qualify as a complete word to win a prize in this game, the words revealed must meet the following requirements:
(1) must contain at least three letters;
(2) cannot be formed diagonally, run right to left or from bottom to top;
(3) must appear in an unbroken horizontal or vertical string of letters in the “crossword” puzzle;
(4) an unbroken string of letters cannot be interrupted by a black space and must contain every single letter square between two black spaces;
(5) every single letter in the unbroken string must be revealed in the “YOUR LETTERS” area and be included to form a word.
(g) Each ticket in this game may win up to two times.
(h) Approximately 1,500,000 tickets shall be ordered initially for this instant game. Additional ticket orders shall have the same prize structure, the same number of prizes per prize pool of 300,000 tickets, and the same odds as were contained in the initial ticket order.
(i) The expected number and value of instant prizes in this game shall be as follows:

(e) The price of instant tickets sold by a retailer for this game shall be $5.00 each.
(f) “Elvis” is a key number match game with an instant reveal and multiplier features. The player will scratch the play area to reveal five “WINNING NUMBERS” and 20 “YOUR NUMBERS” with a prize amount below each of the “YOUR NUMBERS.” If the player matches any of the “WINNING NUMBERS” to any of the “YOUR NUMBERS,” the player wins the prize amount shown below that number. If the player reveals a “2X” symbol, the player wins two times the prize amount shown below the “2X” symbol. If the player reveals a “5X” symbol, the player wins five times the prize amount shown below the “5X” symbol.
(g) Each ticket in this game may win up to 20 times.

(f) “Bingo Extra” is a bingo style game. The first part consists of the “CALLER’S CARD,” “EXTRA NUMBERS” and “MULTIPLIER.” The second part consists of four “GAME CARDS.” Each GAME CARD will be covered in a translucent material and contain 24 numbers, a “FREE” space in the center for a total of 25 squares. In the column headings of each “GAME CARD” will appear the letters “B”, “I”, “N”, “G” or “O.” Each “GAME CARD” has a corresponding prize legend shown to the side of each “GAME CARD.”
A player will remove the scratch-off material from the areas on the ticket indicated by the words “CALLER’S CARD” to reveal a total of 24 letter/number combinations, “EXTRA NUMBERS” to reveal a total of four extra letter/number combinations and “MULTIPLIER” to reveal a “MULTIPLIER play symbol.” A player will attempt to match the “CALLER’S CARD play symbols” to the letter and number combinations on the four “GAME CARDS” and will remove the translucent material over any matched “GAME CARD play symbol” and “FREE” space on the “GAME CARD.” If the uncovered spaces are the four corners of the grid or form a diagonal, vertical, or horizontal straight line covering five play spots, or an “X” pattern with the “FREE” space included in each diagonal line of the “X,” the player wins the prize according to the prize legend shown to the side of the respective “GAME CARD” multiplied by the “MULTIPLIER play symbol.”
(g) Each ticket in this game may win up to four times. Only the highest prize won on each “GAME CARD” will be awarded.

Article 19.—SPECIFIC PLAYER LOYALTY CLUB RULES
111-19-115. Holiday Spending Cash Drawing. (a) The Kansas lottery may conduct a drawing entitled “Holiday Spending Cash” awarding 15 winners a cash prize of $1,000 each. Entries into the drawing will be accepted beginning at 12:01 a.m. on November 22, 2021 and ending at 11:59 p.m. on December 14, 2021. The drawing will be conducted sometime after entry into the drawing has closed but before noon on December 20, 2021, at which time the winners will be announced.
(b) Only registered Kansas Lottery PlayOn (“PlayOn”) members may enter the drawing. PlayOn members must enter themselves into the drawing according to the terms and conditions of PlayOn. Entries shall not be accepted that are submitted by any method other than through PlayOn.
(c) A total of 200 player loyalty club points are required for a PlayOn member to enter once. A player may enter the drawing as many times as his or her points allow, but may win only one cash prize in this promotion.
(d) The procedures set forth in K.A.R. 111-18-5 for selecting winners and alternate winners shall be followed.
(e) The procedures set forth in K.A.R. 111-18-5 for contacting winners and the claiming of prizes shall be followed, except as follows: in this promotion the 10-day deadline for the winners to return their claim forms shall be 10 business days and commence with the date of the announcement of the winners. The Kansas lottery is not responsible for electronic malfunction or player error.
(f) By entering the drawing, entrant agrees to PlayOn terms and conditions.
(g) Winners are responsible for state and federal income taxes.

111-19-116. Ultimate King-Sized Graceland Experience drawing. (a) The Kansas lottery may conduct a drawing entitled “Ultimate King-Sized Graceland Experience” awarding a trip prize package to each of the four players selected as the winners. The Kansas lottery will accept entries into the drawing beginning at 12:01 a.m., the day Kansas lottery “Elvis” instant tickets are first offered for sale to the general public and ending at 11:59 p.m. on April 24, 2022. The drawing will be conducted sometime after entry into the drawing has closed but before noon on April 28, 2022, at which time the winners will be announced.
(b) The specific ticket eligible for entry into the drawing shall be non-winning $5 “Elvis” game number 320.
(c) A player shall enter the drawing through the Kansas Lottery PlayOn program available at www.kslottery.com. The player shall follow the hyperlink specifically designated for the purpose of accessing the “Ultimate King-Sized Graceland Experience” drawing. The player may enter the required data from the entry ticket manually for entry into the drawing. If the player does not enter the ticket data manually, the player may scan, if available, the ticket to enter data to be used for entry into the drawing using a mobile device and a downloaded Kansas Lottery PlayOn app. After the ticket data is successfully entered either manually or scanned using an app, the player will receive one entry for each non-winning ticket submitted into the second-chance drawing.
(d) The procedures set forth in K.A.R. 111-18-5 for selecting winners and alternate winners shall be followed.
(e) One drawing will be conducted to select four winners awarding each a trip prize package to Memphis, Tennessee. The trip prize package shall include:
(1) A trip for two persons to Memphis, Tennessee. The winner must book and complete travel by April 28, 2023.
(2) Round trip coach airfare from an airport and on an airline approved by the Kansas lottery to and from Memphis, Tennessee;
(3) Ground transportation to and from Memphis International Airport and the hotel;
(4) Three nights’ hotel accommodations (double occupancy, room and tax only) at a hotel in or near Memphis, Tennessee selected by the Kansas lottery;
(5) Two tickets for the Ultimate VIP Tour of Graceland Mansion and multimedia museum experience with access to the Ultimate Lounge, Exclusive VIP Exhibit and keepsake memorabilia;
(6) Two tickets to Elvis Presley’s birthplace in Tupelo, Mississippi;
(7) Two tickets to the Rock ‘n’ Soul Museum in Memphis, Tennessee;
(8) Two passes for the Dixon Gallery and Gardens in Memphis, Tennessee;
(9) Dining credits to restaurants selected by the Kansas lottery;
(10) An Elvis Presley merchandise prize pack;
(11) $500 cash; and,
(12) State and federal mandatory income withholding taxes paid by the Kansas lottery.
(f) Each prize package is valued at approximately $7,042.
(g) There is no limit on the number of non-winning tickets a player may enter, but a player may only win one prize package.
(h) The procedures set forth in K.A.R. 111-18-5 for contacting winners and the claiming of prizes shall be followed, except as follows: in this promotion the 10-day deadline for the winners to return their claim forms shall commence with the date of the announcement of the winners. The Kansas lottery is not responsible for electronic malfunction or player error.
(i) All winners and guests must comply with all applicable laws, and any terms, conditions, or restrictions applicable to any prize or portion of any prize, including but not limited to: airlines, hotels and event venues.
(j) Prizes are not exchangeable for cash. The Kansas lottery retains the right to substitute an alternate prize of approximate equal value.
(k) In the event the trip prize package awarded for this drawing is postponed, changed, or canceled in whole or in part, no cash prize substitutions shall be provided.
(l) All winners and guests shall release the Kansas lottery from any liability for injuries sustained while redeeming any portion of the prize.
(m) By entering the drawing, entrant agrees to PlayOn terms and conditions.

111-19-117. Intrust Bank Arena Entertainment Passport Drawing. (a) The Kansas lottery may conduct a drawing entitled “Intrust Bank Arena Entertainment Passport Drawing” in which five Kansas lottery players will win a prize package to three concerts or events of their choice at the Intrust Bank Arena in Wichita, Kansas. The Kansas lottery will accept entries into the drawing beginning at 12:01 a.m. on December 6, 2021 and ending at 11:59 p.m. on February 27, 2022. The drawing will be conducted sometime after entry into the drawing has closed but before noon on March 3, 2022, at which time the winners will be announced.
(b) Only registered Kansas Lottery PlayOn (“PlayOn”) members may enter the drawings. PlayOn members must enter themselves into the drawings according to the terms and conditions of PlayOn. Entries shall not be accepted that are submitted by any method other than through PlayOn.
(c) A total of 288 player loyalty club points are required for a PlayOn member to enter once into the drawing. A player may enter the drawing as many times as the player’s points allow, but may win only one prize package.
(d) The procedures set forth in K.A.R. 111-18-5 for selecting winners and alternate winners shall be followed. The prize package shall consist of the following:
(1) Two tickets for three concerts or events held at the Intrust Bank Arena between May 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022;
(2) $500 cash; and,
(3) State and federal mandatory income withholding taxes shall be paid by the Kansas lottery.
(e) Prize packages are valued at approximately $1,879.
(f) The procedures set forth in K.A.R. 111-18-5 for contacting winners and the claiming of prizes shall be followed, except as follows: in this promotion the 10-day deadline for the winners to return their claim forms shall be 10 business days and commence with the date of the announcement of the winners. The Kansas lottery is not responsible for electronic malfunction or player error.
(g) All winners and guests must comply with all applicable laws, and any terms, conditions, or restrictions applicable to any prize or portion of any prize, including but not limited to, hotels and event venues.
(h) Prizes are not exchangeable for cash. The Kansas lottery retains the right to substitute an alternate prize of approximate equal value.
(i) In the event the trip prize package awarded for this drawing is postponed, changed, or canceled in whole or in part, no cash prize substitutions shall be provided.
(j) All winners and guests shall release the Kansas lottery from any liability for injuries sustained while redeeming any portion of the prize.
(k) Winner shall follow all instructions provided by the Kansas lottery for selecting their chosen events, and shall claim their tickets at the Intrust Bank Arena “will call” at any time after the venue has acknowledged their selection but before the start time of the chosen event.
(l) By entering the drawing, entrant agrees to PlayOn terms and conditions.
